Love vs. Lust

EVERY WEEK, PULL THIS OFF WILL FEATURE A WISHLIST OF THE DROOL-WORTHY THINGS THAT EVERYONE SHOULD BE LUSTING AFTER. LOOKING AT DIFFERENT PIECES OF IN-THE-MOMENT FASHION, IMAGES, ITEMS, AND MORE CAN HELP GET YOUR CREATIVE JUICES FLOWING; HOPEFULLY, THAT INSPIRATION WILL TRANSLATE INTO CREATING SOME AMAZING OUTFITS OF YOUR OWN. SOME THINGS IN THESE WISHLISTS ARE REASONABLE AND SOME ARE OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD, BUT A GIRL CAN DREAM...RIGHT?

We live in a culture that feeds off attraction -- we're drawn, as individuals and a society, to love and lust. When we see Kate Upton on the cover of Sports Illustrated, we're attracted to the lustful sexuality her bodacious body portrays. When we watch Barbra Streisand's Katie and Robert Redford's Hubbell portray their affection in the unforgettable The Way We Were, we shed tears of desire at their picturesque love. It's widely known that sex sells, but is often forgotten that the quintessential attraction to love and it's sexual counterpart lust sells just as well, too.

Nudity does not always translate to lustful attraction and sexuality. Saying "I love you" does not always translate to whole-hearted love and adoration.

This week, we're diving headfirst into the underground pinnings of these desirable concepts with a Weekly Wishlist dedicated to a softened, more artistic viewpoint. You may not have the boobies of a swimsuit model or the picture-perfect love of an on-screen couple, but there's no denying you won't fall head-over-heels for these images.
